Questions people ask
Does it cost anything?
No. The games are free to test, and Woodshed is free for the whole beta. You won't be asked for a card.
Why do you need my Google account email?
Closed tests on Google Play only let in the accounts on the tester list. If you sign up with a different address than the one on your phone, the Play Store won't show you the game.
How long until I can play?
For the Android games we add testers on Google Play by hand, usually within a day. You'll get an email the moment you're in. Woodshed downloads right away.
Do I really have to keep it installed for 14 days?
Please do. Google counts how many testers stayed opted in for 14 days in a row. You don't have to play every day; just don't uninstall or leave the test.
Will my progress carry over when the game launches?
Usually, yes. The tested version updates through Google Play like any other app. If a test build ever needs a fresh start, we'll say so on your tester page first.
How do I leave?
On Google Play, open the game's store page and tap "Leave the program". Or just reply to any of our emails and we'll take you off.
